My name is Chelsea. I spend my days as a stay at home mom to my new baby boy and two fur babies while my amazing boyfriend works a full time job. I became a mom in June of 2017. It has really changed my life and opened my eyes to so many new things. This is the most rewarding/hardest job in the world!

Being a parent can be tough. Trying to juggle work/school/family can take a tole on you. It’s pretty hard for parents to stay healthy when fast food is so easy and changing into your pjs seems so much better than going to the gym and working out. Am I right? Well, I want to help you make some easy healthy choices that won’t take up hours of your precious time every day. Easy healthy recipes, fast fitness, and living a more healthy lifestyle.

Before I became a mom I use to do weight training and I absolutely loved it. I was in the best shape of my life. I completed a Tough Mudder and was so proud of myself. I ate good food and felt amazing. Then I injured my back and had to stop heavy lifting which was pretty devastating for me. And just when my back was feeling better I would throw it out again. I felt like I was never going to get back into shape.

I did workouts here and there and got to a place where my back didn’t hurt all the time and then I got pregnant with my baby boy. The only down side to that was I became totally ADDICTED to sugar. I never liked sugary things before but that is what I craved! I gained 60 lbs during my pregnancy and gained a new bad eating habit that is so hard to kick. I still struggle with it so much!

I managed to lose most of the weight by doing light exercise and I’ve really started to kick it into high gear. Join me and my journey to living an amazing healthy life where you can still enjoy good food and not spend hours a day worrying about what to eat and what workouts to do that don’t take up a lot of time.
